Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging immediately upon receipt.
  • Email the photos along with your invoice to elizabeth@odyssey-garage.com.

Upon review, approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost. All claims are evaluated at our discretion to ensure quality standards are upheld.
