Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Certain personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Email the photos along with your invoice to elizabeth@odyssey-garage.com

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost. Replacements are issued at our discretion.

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For the fastest service, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
